The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took affect on May 25, 2018, and in this regard, we need to inform you about the personal data we store and process in our systems in our business relationship with your company.

This includes not only company information such as addresses, phone numbers, contacts, product-specific data, and information but also certain personal data about your employees that are necessary for us to conduct business together (e.g., offers, delivery information, and invoices).

Please be aware that we only collect and use this data for the sole purpose of conducting business with your company. We only disclose data to third parties when necessary to fulfill our agreements (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or to safeguard our legitimate interests in conducting our business relationship (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

We use subcontractors for processing personal data, and in this context, we naturally adhere to the necessary legal, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information in accordance with the rules of the data protection regulation. Please note that we will continue to retain data as described above as a necessary condition for our business relationship.

Data Protection Policy

This data protection and privacy policy applies to individuals covered by the EU's data protection rules and the Danish Data Protection Act, where Orloff Erhverv A/S is responsible for processing personal data (data controller). This typically includes our own employees and, exceptionally, employees of our customers and partners.

In most cases, Orloff Erhverv A/S processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of our customers, who are the data controllers for their own employees and partners.

Whether Orloff Erhverv A/S acts as a data controller or data processor, our top priority is to take very good care of the personal data we process and ensure the highest level of security and ethically and legally correct treatment.
