Electronic exchange of business documents helps reduce manual handling, saves time, and reduces the risk of errors. At Orloff, we aim to contribute to the digital development by offering our customers various forms of digital collaboration.

WEBSHOP

Today, we handle the largest share of our customers' orders through our webshop. We have made the webshop easy to use and provided many options for managing purchases for each individual company.
Each employee can make purchases with their own login when the need for workwear arises. As a company, you can choose whether you want a manager to approve employee purchases or allocate a specific amount or points, for example, per year. EDI

You have the option to send your purchase orders electronically and/or receive invoices and credit notes through electronic data exchange. We support OIOUBL, which is implemented in Nemhandel.
We are currently working on implementing Peppol, which is a newer and more flexible standard solution that is also expected to replace OIOUBL in the future.

E-MAIL

You have the option to send your purchase orders via email, and likewise, order confirmations and invoices can be sent from Orloff to the customer via email in PDF format.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Does your company work with a procurement management system where suppliers are gathered in a common purchasing platform? If you wish to integrate Orloff's assortment into this procurement management system, there are options to create an E-catalog or a PunchOut solution.

For E-catalog, we use Udbudsvagten, which provides E-catalogs for various platforms such as Rakat, TrueTrade, and Tricom. We can also deliver the product range in a file format that fits your system.

For PunchOut, we have the capability to support cXML and OCI 4.0.
The advantages of PunchOut are that from your own procurement management system, you can select Orloff, and you will be directed to our webshop. There, you can make your purchase using the search and sorting options that our webshop offers. After completing the purchase, the finalized order is sent from your own procurement management system. Another benefit of PunchOut is that it is easy to customize and, therefore, also faster to update.

VANS

For other solutions not covered in the above, there is the option to use a VAN (Value Added Network) provider, which translates files to enable seamless communication between the customer's system and Orloff's system.

Regardless of which solution your company chooses to use for digital collaboration with Orloff, our sales representatives will assist you in reaching an agreement on digital commerce.
