Prices
Prices are given as prices or points. All prices on the B2B website are stated exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right of errors in the stated prices/points.

Payment
The amount will be invoiced according to the existing agreement with the company. If you use your own card, the payment will be deducted when we dispatch the goods.

For self-payment, the following methods can be used: VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, or Mobilepay.

Delivery 
Orloff Firmatøj A/S uses the following shipping companies:

Danske Fragtmænd

We deliver to all of Denmark. The shipping cost is individual for each customer. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order.

If you request us to "leave" the shipment somewhere so it is not received and signed for, this will be at your own risk and expense.

Goods are delivered on all weekdays. We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible, but within 14 weekdays if it is not a special order.

 

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided according to the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must notify us of the defect/error within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered it. Orloff Firmatøj A/S will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included. We do not accept shipments by cash-on-delivery.

If there is a refund involved, you must provide bank details in the form of account number and sort code if you have not used your card for payment.

Right of Withdrawal
A full right of withdrawal is granted for 14 days. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order or the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.

- From the day of receiving the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.

- From the day of receiving the first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

You must bear the cost of return shipment.

The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the return must be made within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. Return orders are handled via your webshop. Goods must be returned in original packaging and only if the product has not been discontinued.

There is no return on customized products with printing, embroidery or tailoring.
